Matt is the Parks and Recreation Director for the town. He is a Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) with a strong leadership background in the non-profit and public sectors of the industry. He is an advocate for the Kent community; noting the character and culture of the town, the community's passion for wellness, connection, recreation, leisure, and the outdoors. Matt is a hiker, mountaineer, fisherman, and outdoorsman. He is an Adirondack 46'r, New Hampshire 48'r, Catskill 3500' Club 35'r and Winter 35'r, and a Hikers Anonymous Single Season Winter Catskill 35'r.
