Kent Park and Recreation will issue a full refund of program registration fees if a participant withdraws before a program begins. No refund will be issued once a program starts.

Kent Park and Recreation will charge a $10.00 late fee for sports program participants who register after the posted registration deadline date, effective January 1, 2007.

It shall be a policy of the Kent Park and Recreation Commission to deny registration for any programs to families who have past due balance(s) from any program until the balance due is paid in full and/or a suitable and established payment plan is in place.
