All programs and events (except for Camp Kent, Slamma Jamma, and ASP):
- Payment will be refunded for cancellations received at least one week prior to the first day of a program or event as a credit. If the request is to convert the credit to a check, payment (minus 10% administrative fee) will be refunded for cancellations received at least one week prior to the first day of a program or event to be attended. Refunds and cancellations must be requested through email (parkandrec@townofkentct.gov).
- NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations within two weeks of the first day of the program/event to be attended. Please read and understand this policy, as you will be asked to check off that you understand it during registration.
- Administrative fees and full refunds will be waived in the event that the refund request is made due to medical issues/injury. Administrative fees and full refunds will be waived in the event that the refund request is made due to outstanding circumstance at the discretion of the Parks and Recreation Commission.
- A full refund will be issued if the Park and Recreation Department cancels a program or event.
ASP, Camp Kent and Slamma Jamma:
- Payment will be refunded for the After School Program cancellations as a credit. No checks will be issued for this program’s cancellations.
- Payment (minus $100.00 administrative fee) will be refunded for cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the first day of camp to be attended. Refunds and cancellations must be requested through email (parkandrec@townofkentct.gov).
- NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations within two weeks of the first day of camp to be attended. Please read and understand this policy, as you will be asked to check off that you understand it during registration.
