Tuesdays 4pm - 5pm @ The Kent Community HouseLet Yoga Instructor Dawn Delpha guide you through gentle yoga moves that are perfect for all levels. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques to take off the mat and out into the real world. Enjoy some stretching and leave class feeling calm and rejuvenated.Space is limited to 16 participants. All participants must be at least 18 years old. Advanced registration required. Participants must bring their own mats, blocks, and straps.For the March/April class, there is NO CLASS on March 17th or May 12th!

Join us for our youth sports this spring!
Softball info:This developmental program is designed specifically for girls in grades 3-5 who are looking to learn the fundamentals of softball in a supportive and fun environment. Whether your daughter is a total beginner or a fan of the sport, this program focuses on building the foundational skills—throwing, catching, fielding, and hitting—needed to transition confidently to competitive play in middle school. All players must have their own glove. Bats, balls, and helmets will be provided, but if kids have them, they are welcome to bring their own.
