After School Program (ASP)

The Town of Kent Park & Recreation Department runs an After School Program at the Kent Center School for children in kindergarten through 8th grade that attend KCS.  The program takes place on school days (except early dismissal days) beginning immediately after school and running until 5:30p.  Although the program allows children much flexibility in the indoor and outdoor activities they can choose to take part in, our ASP program includes daily snack time, team-building and positive-interaction activities, and homework time.

LOCATION: Kent Center School, 9 Judd Avenue in Kent
TIMES: Immediately After School until 5:30p
COST: $12.50 per session attended.  Account is invoiced bi-monthly, $12.50 non-refundable deposit required for all transactions including single-day and same-day reservations.
AGES: Kindergarten through 8th Grade; KCS students only

Please note that registration for any given day will close at 12:00p sharp on that day.  We cannot take sign-ups after that point.

Also note that scholarships are available for those in need via the Kent Community Fund; contacted the P&R office for details.
