Join aqua aerobics instructor Mo Van Moffaert for this fun and exciting approach to fitness! This 4-week program is a great way to enjoy some time in the pool while also taking part in low impact water exercise which is easy on your joints but still very healthy for your bones and muscles! Designed for active seniors but great for all ages!
